I want to add a credit to this film http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0433400/ for this actress http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0853573/ . She was in the film but her name wasn't in the credits, but in the alternate ending on the dvd, the filmmakers mention her name on the commentary at minute marker 4:07. I've tried to add this credit already but it wasn't accepted.

Hi Jake -
If Ms. Malthe wasn't credited on-screen for her role on "Just Friends", you will need to make sure that you are submitting her credit with the "uncredited" attribute. Have you already tried submitting her credit with this attribute and it wasn't accepted?
If so, and the credit was rejected, our editors will need to review further evidence to help verify the credit. You can post any screen grabs or links to evidence here and our staff can take a look.

I did submit her, as uncredited, but perhaps I should have submitted her under alternate versions. The reason I didn't is because the other two actresses in the scene, Mircea Monroe and Susan Ward, are listed on the IMDB page as uncredited even though they did not appear in the film. They all appeared in the alternate ending of the film, released on the DVD. They all did appear in the theatrical trailer even though the scene was ultimately cut. I'm just not sure how corroborate this credit without someone reviewing the DVD commentary.

Hi there,
Just to confirm, the actress was not seen on-screen during the film and was not credited? If so, they do not qualify for a credit.
Please see the table underneath the 'cast attributes: uncredited' section at the following:

and the attributes guide for further information:

If that's true, then shouldn't Mircea Monroe's and Susan Ward's uncredited listings be stricken? How exactly were they allowed in the credit section? I don't understand why they'd be credited, while Natassia Malthe isn't. They too were not in the film nor listed in the credit roll. At the very least Natassia Malthe's credit should be attributed to the alternate versions page.

Hi Jake,
You are correct, I've removed their ineligible (uncredited) credits for those two actresses from the title. Please do not submit this information as an alternate version as it isn't eligible for that as the title was never released with those scenes in it, please see https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/guide/alternate_versions "deleted scenes included on a DVD, unless they are part of a completely recut version, are not considered 'alternate versions.'"
The best place to capture this information is the title trivia section.
Regards,
Will

Moving to separate thread as this concerns a separate credit issue.
