Adding poster and trailer to new entry

I recently added a new entry to imdb on behalf of the filmmaker using my own regular imdb account.
Now the filmmaker has the impression that their imdb pro account would have included the cost of adding a poster and a trailer to the page, I wanted to confirm if that is correct and if so could we use her pro account to add those last elements to the newly created listing, or will we have to re-do it from scratch using her account.

Thanks

No, that is not correct.

The Pro Account includes the cost of one Resume subscription. This allows the Account to add up to 200 photos to  the 'claimed' Name page, but does not include any 'freebies' for adding posters/photos to Title pages. These must be purchased individually.

Note that with the Resume subscription, any photos added via it will disappear if the Account is cancelled or allowed to lapse, while the Title posters/photos purchased individually via the Publicity Service will be on the page as long as the site exists.
