Need to add the titles (as alternative) to my film "Lady and Bread" [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5086984] in Ukrainian and Russian. As I was unable to do so (as recommended by using any decoding, e.g. Cyrillic KOI8-U/R), and I am a registered IMDbPro user, I'd appreciate you do it for me. As follows, in Ukrainian: Її хліб насущний and Её хлеб насущный in Russian. Note that the titles in English and the other noted languages differ, so it is important to enter them ASAP to avoid confusion or disseminating misleading information (e.g. translation titles in Cyrillic using countries). Finally, it'd be in our best common interest if you could solve this issue in general, so that contributors could file tiles in Cyrillic on their own without issues. Thank you for you kind assistance.

Aside from the Cyrillic titles, which you are asking for help with, you can also add transliterated Ukrainian/Russian titles. This page may help:

Slavik: Although I have submitted at least one Cyrillic-alphabet Russian title to IMDb before and explained the process at https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/russian_title, at this time I'm not able to get the process to work correctly. (I haven't tried the Ukrainian title yet.) I will try to call the IMDb staff's attention to this problem.

Thanks gromit82, I have reached out to our title editors to take a look.  As soon as I hear back I will post any relevant information here.

See Owen Rees's post in the thread at https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/russian_title. The process of submitting Cyrillic-alphabet titles has changed since the last time I tried it.

I don't know why Owen Rees set this topic  as solved while it isn't - yes it is possible to set alt. title in russian but it's not true for ukrainian:

Hi dilnix -

Unfortunately the characters entered in the Title field are not supported in our system.  We don't currently support Ukrainian characters in KOI8-U that are not in KOI8-R - (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KOI8-U describes the difference).  Please make sure that you are using the proper KO18-R characters and try re-submitting.
