Adding Producer Credit on IMDB for a You Tube Music Video> How do I do this?

Are we allowed to post Music Videos that involve acting ?
If yes, how do we do that ? It is a Youtube Video with almost 20,000 hits.

The editing - add/ delete section - doesn't like it if it does not recognize titles -- and it keeps rejecting the Title I give .

Please help.

at present, we do not list commercials, video clips or music videos (these go to the biographical section under 'other works').

Which links to this statement from staff:

We do accept music videos now. The reason we haven't announced this fact or updated the guides is because we can't really support them the way we would like to - ideally they'd have their own type.

For now, though, we're accepting them in the current format:
Artist or Band Name: Name of song/video (year) (V)

'Short' and 'Music' should also be added as genres.

This may change when we get the functionality to add new types, but it will at least enable us to group the existing ones and convert them.

Which suggests that you can have a go at submitting it, as long as you follow that format (so they can move them over to a new type when it is introduced), which might be why your previous submission was rejected.

Angela White, I don't know whether this message will find you, but since you've asked music videos and commercials became eligible on IMDb, so now titles in question could be added in your filmography.
