I rarely watch trailers because they're either purposely misleading or just plain don't tell you squat about the movie. However, IMDb is paid, that's cash money paid, to put these trailers here to advertise these movies. They're not TV shows or movies like at Hulu or Netflix. You're compensated greatly for showing these VERY short videos. So why exactly do I have to watch a Geico commercial before a The Giver trailer that is also a commercial for a movie, which trailers have always been? An ad before I watch another ad. What's next? Put Geico ads up for people to watch since some are entertaining and play a Geico ad before the Geico ad? It's ridiculous.
