I want to have listed all adult movies that I rated so far. That is possible with any other genre by clicking on the bar next to the name of the genre but not with an adult. Why is that so? Is there any other way?

This seems to work:
https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?genres=adult&my_ratings=restrict&adult=include&sort=my_ratings,desc&count=250
I constructed it from Advanced Title Search, choosing genre Action, but then edited the url to change Action to Adult. Notice that I clicked the box to include Adult titles.

Unfortunately, even when I click on "Your Rating" that doesn't give me movies that I rated. It only gives a list of some 51 adult movie, not sure based on what criteria.

I don't understand what "Your Rating" you clicked on.

If you get results from this link, they are titles you have rated, and only titles that are labeled Adult genre.
If you think you've rated others, check a title to see if it has genre Adult.
