I have a question about Adult Website Scenes being added to IMDb. As an Example Brazzers has different Sites with Themes which each have Adult Scenes/Episodes not whole Movies. Thoose can be added as TV/Online Series and Each Scene as Episode or they could be added as Short Films. Example: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt6390736/?ref_=ttep_ep1 and http://www.imdb.com/title/tt6340172/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_1
I think they make sense as Series because they are connected by a theme but Databases like http://iafd.com/ handle them as Different Entries. A downside of adding them as short Films would be that some Adult Film Actors/Actresses literally have amounts in the 1000+ of theese Scenes.
So whats the general opinion about this Should they be treated as individual Movies or as Series?

To start with the release data is wrong as it was not shown nationwide in cinemas. It is a short video shown on porn sites on the web.
How these get approved with minimum data is beyond me.

Well you could make the same argument for every web show like youtube series/shows for example http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2362231/?ref_=nm_flmg_wr_1
So you are saying they should be categorised as short films not series?

I presume you are asking these questions because you want to put your film up on IMDb.
If it's a stand alone film then put it up as that.
If its a series you are producing then it goes up as a series.
You should look at some more films that are series it will give you a better idea and not rely just on these porn videos.

Ok I checked the submissions guide and I am a little bit closer to answering my question. Basicly what I am not sure about is if the Scenes from a Adult Website like Brazzers are considered Episodes of a TV Series named after that Website for example http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5946088/?ref_=fn_al_tt_3
Even if they share no connected Story just a Theme if even that. Or if they should be many little adult short web videos. The closest I can find in the Submissions Guide about this is Online Channels like Youtube Channels and stuff like that.

Brazzers [ca] are the production company not the film title.

In the case of Vixen.com it is both the film title and the production company Vixen.com [es] .

I personally don't go onto sites like Brazzers so can't advise what their content is. You need a porn specialist.

Hi Valkyrslayer,
This case can be argued either way. Considering that the cast and crew attached are not necessarily adding to an ongoing plot or story I think its best to list them as individual titles. That way the credits can be accurately reflected without stating that they are part of a wider story arc.
I hope this helps.
