The Godfather is not an example of a title meeting the criteria. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is also not. I should clarify that the hyphen represents intersection.

Most importantly, the value supplied to the "upper" limit of "popularity" is also too low.

So, the solution is to split up those genres and especially leave the "popularity" parameters alone.
