IMDb user "WeirdCat" reported this issue.
If we "Check-In" a title, then (as expected) the title will
appear in the "Seen" list at http://www.imdb.com/seen/.
But if the title's status indicates that it is not yet released, then there is
apparently no way to mark it unseen and remove it from the "Seen" list.
We can remove an unreleased title from check-ins list, but still it will
remain in the "Seen" list. There is no button available to remove an
unreleased title from the "Seen" list?

Nobody
There is no such button for an unreleased title.
No, the rating scale is not available for an unreleased title.
No, the rating removal button is not available for an unreleased title.

As you see, there is no obvious way to remove Westworld from the list.
Tejas Nair
And it does not work for unreleased titles. Sorry.
