I have 2 questions regarding the writing credits for Alejandra Romero.  https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1367886/

#1.  Shouldn't all of those "adaptation/screenplay" credits be split into two separate writing credits?  I have not heard anything about IMDb changing their policy regarding multiple writing credits for a project.

#2.  What in the world is "(adaptationcoordinator, variousscreenplay coordinator, variousas Alejandra Romero Meza)"?  Are you serious with that nonsense???

Answering to best of my knowledge (and me-too'ing the problem as I would really like to know what IMDb staff thinks about that).

1) It depends on a screen credit. I am not sure whether Mexican conventions on how to credit the writer are different enough to list mulitple writing jobs with a single credit, but additional research on that matter is likely needed. Still more often then not even credits such as "Story and Dialogue" gets separated so probably yes.

2) Likely a problem of language barrier, and not knowing the basics of IMDb formatting, or both. Not sure who you're asking whether it's serious or not, but problem is wide-spread with numerous episodes and I don't know whether it could be corrected on a series level or something could be amended to numerous episodes at once.

Hi, Brett Erik Johnson and Nikolay Yeriomin. The second issue appears to be a display bug whereby the spaces between words are being left out. The clearer representation of the data can be found at https://contribute.imdb.com/updates?update=nm1367886:writers.correct.all.

Thank you for providing more clarity.  I noticed that after an update a while back, cast attributes were suddenly appearing such as "creditOnly"  or "archiveFootage".  I thought it was an error at first but quickly realized that was evidently going to be the new display format for some reason.  However, I did not realize this had been happening to any Writing credits.

However, I still have no idea why IMDb would accept "(adaptation coordinator) (various screenplay coordinator) (various)" as an acceptable Writing submission to their database.

The attributes for her writing credits on Lola: Érase una vez are not consistently applied across all episodes. The credits with the "(various screenplay coordinator)"  attribute are applied to the 61st through 80th episodes of that show.

Hi Brett -
I just reviewed the credits and noted that they were submitted with incorrect formatting, I have adjusted the attribute formatting, in the meantime if you believe there are further inaccuracies regarding these series credits, you are welcome to submit the applicable corrections through our online Update form. and our editors can take another look.
