There was a mistake and IMDB placed all my credits in my friends account as an aleternative name. My name is locked as an alternative name and basically all my credits went to my friends credits. This is his page which I have edited many times.
As an example I am including a screenshot of my last film Think Twice with me as a director, but because of this locked name appears under Valon Jakupaj, my friend.

That's not an account but an IMDb Name Page.
Does your page still exist or did your and his get "merged" into one?
Alternate names cannot be manually changed anymore. It's now automated and will correct when the credits are on the right page.
If they were merged, perhaps staff can simply reverse it. Have you made any submissions to correct that may not have processed yet (as in, made within the last week)?

Naser: I wonder how this happened. Could you post the receipt you would have received from IMDb by e-mail after sending in your submission?
Regardless, here is how I recommend fixing the problem.
Go to Valon Jakupaj's page at http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2735969/. Click "Edit page".
On the next screen, select "Correct/Delete" in every category where Valon has credits listed that should be yours. It looks like that would be Actor, Camera and Electrical Department, Cinematographer, Director, Editor, Editorial Department, Producer, and Writer credits. Scroll down and click "Continue".
On the next screen, you will see all of the credits currently listed for Valon in those departments. Next to each credit that should be yours, select "Correct" in the drop-down box to the left. Leave all the other credits as "Keep". (If I understand correctly, there are some films where both of you should be credited in the same occupation -- for example, it looks like both of you were producers on Hope (2009/III). In such a case, you would "Correct" the credit with the (as Naser Shillova) attribute and leave the other one as "Keep".)
In addition, at the bottom of each department's credits, there will be a gray bar, and at the right of that bar a checkbox labeled "Show name?". Check that box every time it appears. Then click "Check these updates".
On the next screen, you will see that all the credits you are correcting now have the name Jakupaj, Valon editable. You should replace that name with Shillova, Naser on every credit that needs to be corrected. In addition, delete the attribute (as Naser Shillova) from each of those credits if it appears there; that attribute would be redundant once the credit is corrected to refer to you instead of Valon.
In addition, check the box marked "provide an explanation to assist in processing this change" every time it appears. Click "Check these updates".
On the next screen, for each credit you are correcting, you will be able to provide an explanation. I suggest something like the following: "I am Naser Shillova, and my credits were erroneously merged with those of my collaborator Valon Jakupaj. As can be seen at http://shpresathemovie.weebly.com/ekipi.html, we are two separate people. I did the work for this credit and I am requesting that it be moved to my own separate name page." Copy the same explanation every time.
Also, for each credit you will get a warning that says, "We have these people with similar names ..." followed by a list of names. For every credit you are correcting, select the option at the end of the list for "This is a different person not currently listed - create 'Shillova, Naser'." Click "Re-check these updates".
On the next screen, your data corrections should appear with a green backgrounds. If you get a warning that begins, "It looks like you are trying to change a credit which you believe is attached to the wrong person. ...", then check the box marked "Warning understood, go ahead anyway." each time that warning appears, and then check "Re-check these updates" again.
Once all your corrections appear with a green background, you should be able to click "Submit these updates".
Allow some time for all the corrections to go through. Since you will be correcting data in eight different occupations, potentially these corrections may need to be reviewed separately by eight different IMDb staffers, who each have different workloads to deal with.
Good luck!

We can't see from that but staff can. Perhaps let staff take a look before making the corrections described so well above. Perhaps they can see if the merge can be reversed.

Hi Naser (and thanks bluesmanSF for escalating) -
I have alerted our data editors who will take a look and investigate the recent incorrect name/page combination. Please be patient as our editors will likely be unable to investigate this until Monday next week, as soon as I hear an update on the status I will post the information here.

Hi Naser,
Wow this has got confusing! I've done my best to split the credits to the two name pages but please can you take a look and let me know which credits belong to which page and I can edit it from this end?

To correct a credit on a title, go to the page where it appears, www.imdb.com/title/tt4728392/fullcredits and click the "edit page" button.
Since this is an "Art Department" credit, change the "No Change" to the right of "Art Department" to "Correct/Delete." Scroll down and click the "Continue" button.
Change "Keep" to "Correct" and click the "Check These Updates" button.
Change "Jakupaj, Valon" to "Shillova, Naser" and check the box to provide an explanation. Click the "Check These Updates" button.
Enter an explanation, such as "I am Naser and this was an error do to an incorrect merge/split. It should be my credit. Thanks" and check the radio button next to "This is the first credit in this section for 'Shillova, Naser'."
Click the "Re-check These Updates" button.
The background should turn green and allow you to "Submit These Updates."
Since this is a simple, one entry, correction, you can just submit it and don't need staff here to deal with it unless it's not accepted. They were needed to try to split the page but normally you need to request corrections via the "edit page" form.

Naser Shillova
How do I ask the staff to reverse it.
