All my list are private even though their set to public

When I clicked on my list on another account and linked it out to my followers it's still private even though it says public

Hi, cameron iacono. What are the URLs to the affected lists? What is in the description fields of the list and its items?

all I know is that I'm the only one who can see the list even though my recent list has around 150 views
