All of photos have been deleted off of my IMDb page- I didn't do it! What is going on?

Probably because your IMDbPro account has lapsed and not been renewed.

I did renew it- but I didn't think you had to be a member of IMDb Pro to have pictures posted.  Is that new?   And could you put them back up since it is renewed?

If you have renewed your IMDbPro subsumption within 30 days of it lapsing all the photos and bio will be restored.
If that has not happened then please wait for a reply from an IMDb staff member. 
I can't carry out this function as I am a volunteer on the site.

Hi- I have updated my payment method.  I have a new card and did not realize it was charging the old one.  Now can the fix my pictures?

2. your billing address is complete and accurate
3. the card you wish to use for IMDbPro payment is set as your preferred card on Amazon
