Hello IMDB. I clicked on the link for our documentary IF YOU BUILD IT and found that all of our information had been removed-synopsis, crew, everything except for a one sentence description. I'll go ahead and add all of the information again but can you please tell me why it was all taken down? Our festival run has started and it will detrimental if our IMDB doesn't have any information. I really appreciate your help. Thank you!

Is this the movie? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2322482/c...

On my computer, using the IMDb reference view, there is lots of info there; director, producers (including you), composer, editors, genre, newsdesk links, etc. As it looks to me there should be no need to add it again, since it's already there. The info is also there if I try to edit any of the information.

Could you post a link to the empty page you're getting?

Cartman: the link you posted is what I used to see when I clicked on our link but this is what I see:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2322482/?...

And that's the link that the festivals are posting.

I don't get it. No matter which one of the links you've posted I click on, I always get directed to a page with all the information in place. It's the same in two different browsers, using both reference and normal view, and both logged in and logged out. Except that in the normal view the link to "Full cast and crew" is grayed out, but clicking it still leads to a full page of credits here. Looks like the error is based more on locality than actual missing data to me.

I'm baffled.

Nothing is missing as far as I can see. The film is here:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2322482/

To see all the rest of the info, click on the 'Full Cast and Crew' link located on the right hand side of the page, under 'Quick Links'.

One possible element of confusion is due to the fact that the 'Full Cast and Crew' link is grayed out and looks inactive, even though it is actually clickable.

This is caused by the fact that there are no cast credits associated with the film. So the 'Full Cast' link is not shown correctly.

But all the data is there -- I don't see anything suggesting that something has been recently removed or changed.

Cartman - at this link do you see any cast/crew other the director?

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2322482/

All I see is the director and I wonder if there has recently been an update and parts of the main page need rebuilding (as there is no link to the cast and crew section, even though it is there).

Allie, if all the information is on the combined view, then don't add anything until this is cleared up - i might be all that is needed is a day or so for things to work through, but it might also be that staff need to give it a swift kick to get it working again.

Normally, there would be a "See full cast and crew" link near the top of the page, after the director/writer/cast teasers. There is no cast attached to the film, so the 'See full cast...' link is not featured.

A workaround here is to add at least one cast member (being a documentary, this means adding at least one person featured/interviewed in the film).

As soon at least 1 cast entry is present, the 'See full cast..." will be activated.

When logged in, clicking on that link will take me to the combined view, since I use the reference view and have selected to always see all cast and crew in my settings. So yes, clicking that link shows me more cast/crew than only the director. Copying the link to another browser where I'm not logged in only shows the director, though. And like Giancarlo pointed out, clicking the gray see full cast and crew link works in the other browser.
