I am co-producer of the following title www.imdb.com/title/tt1527829
I have tried several times to get the titles listed in the 'also known as' section removed as they do not refer to the production above "Rough and Ready"  - they alternative titles listed in the 'also known as' section refer to different films, with different scripts and casts members, that no longer exist as production was abandoned. HOW do I get these titles removed, as I do not want them associated with 'Rough and Ready'.

Jess: If the alternate titles listed are really not valid for Rough and Ready (2015), go to the film's Release Dates page at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1527829/releaseinfo. Click "Edit page".

On the next screen, on the Alternate Titles line, select "Correct/Delete". Click "Continue".

On the next screen, select "Delete" in the Action menu to the left of each alternate title you want to delete. Click "Check these updates".

On the next screen, you will have to provide an explanation as to why each of the alternate titles should be deleted. Enter the explanations, and if you have any links to web pages that prove that the alternate title refers to some other project, include those links as appropriate. Once you have done that, click "Re-check these updates". The rest of the process should be reasonably self-explanatory.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the response - is this different from editing from the title page? www.imdb.com/title/tt1527829 As I have asked for the aka titles to be removed three times and had no luck. I have followed your instructions as above now - so fingers crossed this time somebody will listen.

No, an edit submitted starting at any sub-page will be the same; there is no difference.

The reason that gromit82 linked directly to the Release Dates page is that clicking the Edit page button brings up a partial Update index page that only shows the Release Dates and Alternate Titles sections. This makes it easier to select the desired section for update, particularly for less experienced Contributors.
