Android app : How to get the titles in English ???

After more than a year of struggling, the titles seem to be finally back in English on the site, it's about time.

Now it would be nice to get the same thing with the app.
The app seems nice, but I've never used it and won't use it as long as the titles are in French (for me, I live in France).

I really can't understand why you persist in putting the titles in the language of the country where IMDB is accessed when all the content of IMDB is in English, that's completely absurd !!!

You could at least give us the choice to have the titles (and the entire app at the same occasion) in the language that pleases us, but apparently you prefer pissed off readers :(

Same here. It is nice to set English titles on imdb website, but then it does not make sense to have it in local language in the Android app. Please allow to see original names also in Android app.

A new update of the app has arrived, but still no titles in English.

What are you waiting to fix that. I still can't use the app because of that :-(

Theye have settings for this on web version. They should implement this on the app also.

I don't know why they don't fix that, it must be very easy to do:
If I set my Android OS to English (which is not a solution), then the titles are displayed correctly (in English). But if I leave my OS in my native language (French), then the app is completly messed up and displays the titles in French, which is useless and stupid as the entire content of IMDB is in English !!!

And yeah they have settings for that on the web version, but it doesn't work very well and I still have titles displayed in French :(

This is still a problem/a excellent and necessary idea. Please allow us to choose the language of the app and of the titles displayed in the app. Changing the language settings of my phone to English just to get English titles on the IMDb app is not a reasonable solution.
