Apparent database error in submission process

I recently submitted information to add a new title:

and a few days later received an email that the title already exists at:

I think that page was created in response to my submission, but that something went wrong in the addition process, because the title definitely DID NOT exist when I submitted the form. And what's more, none of the information I submitted appears on that link.

Furthermore, when I try to edit that page, I get a message that says:

'tt3182452' is invalid

I click the "Continue" button at the bottom of that page, and am taken to:

where it says:

Choose which information you'd like to add/delete/correct from the menus below and then click the 'Continue' button near the bottom of the page.

Unfortunately, no menus actually appear below...just an unlabeled check box, and the Continue button, which when clicked, just reloads the same page.

Also, on the page at:

when I click:

Show detailed company contact information

I am taken to this page:

where I get this error message:

This is not the page you are looking for...

We're sorry, you've either entered an invalid address, or followed a broken link.

If you find a broken URL on an IMDb page, please report it to us here.
The following information is required, please copy and include it (DO NOT ALTER):

Date: Fri Sep 13 12:28:50 2013
Server: ipo701
Status: 404
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_8) AppleWebKit/534.59.8 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1.9 Safari/534.59.8
Request: GET /title/tt3182452/companycredits HTTP/1.1
Instance: 2013-09-12

I would like to have the page at:

deleted so I can resubmit the information and start over again.

No need to delete this.

It takes time for a new item to make its way to all the servers IMDb uses, so it is quite possible for some pages to link to other pages that have not yet been built. This will almost certainly be corrected within 24 hours. I currently have no trouble accessing the (Pro) update page for this film.

Note that most of a submission is held back until the Title has been approved (after all it doesn't make sense for Data Managers to spend time checking credits for a Title if the title is later rejected).

Once the Title has been approved, the rest of the submission is released to the various departments, with the data being appended to the end of the various data queues. You therefore need to use the date the Title appeared (i.e. today) as the 'submission date' when calculating if the '7 to 14 days' has expired.
