Appealing a rejection: Fixing capitalization for HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY (1946)

I submitted a correction for HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY (1946). The title is currently capitalized this way: "Honesty is the Best Policy". I submitted a title correction that capitalized the word "is". The correction was rejected.

Even short verbs like "is" should be capitalized. IMDb always capitalizes the word "is". I believe this correction should go through.

For comparison, see HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY (1908). (In this case, the word "is" is capitalized. In fact, there are several movies with this title, and they all capitalize the word "is".)

Indeed.

(Yet it is still propagating to all platforms [e.g. reference view] as of the time of this post.)
