Are episode lists supposed to be by airdate or by production order?

There's a TV show season whose episodes are listed in production order rather than by airdate, and I'd really like to change it to reflect the final order. Is that allowed, and if so, how can I do it?

Also according to that page, you can change the numbers easily if the episodes also have titles, otherwise it's more complicated.

The option to edit episode numbers is in each episode's Edit Page feature near the bottom of the form.

Col said earlier that if the episodes are already numbered and have titles, that the merge should occur. I submitted an update for two out of order episodes for another show but they haven't been switched yet.

Which show are you looking at?

It's the fifth season of the 2012 version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, whose last three episodes on IMDB's episode guide should actually be episodes 11, 12 and 13 (the airdates even show that it was aired earlier than several other episodes, but somehow they ended up at the end).
