You can submit a report through the IMDb Contact Us form.
When you click the Report This link at the bottom of the article, it goes to the Contact Us form.

On the form, click the following buttons/drop-down menu items.

IMDb Fan/Contributor questions -> News articles -> Report issue with news article -> Email

Provide the information that you posted on the article and the name page it should be linked.

You should receive an e-mail response from an IMDb representative within 24 hours.

I did.. reported with all the correct links/info... and I got a mail back with AGAIN the explanation on how to report links ( what I literally just did ) - very confusing and a waste of time :(
