Award wins not showing, processing time has passed

A short film I did (Boob Sweat, 2018) has recently won a number of awards.  One of them has showed up, but the others have not, although the "processing times" page states that award entries are up to date already for the date I submitted my requests.  These are WINS not nominations.

The ticket numbers associated with the requests are:

For Best Young Actress and for multiple performers, inlcuding myself for Best Ensemble win.
Submitted Jan. 10, 2019, but the processing page says awards additions are current for this date.

Should I assume there is some problem with the entries and re-do them or can an IMDb wizard please give me some advice?
