Hello,

Our film Lost Birds received 3 awards at 18th Arpa Film Festival. We entered to Imdb correctly but it does not appeared in our page Lost Birds http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4326646/

our IMDb update receipt #151117-045035-956000

Please help us with that.

Thanks.

Ela: It's too soon to start worrying. Your IMDb submission number indicates that it was sent on November 17. According to http://www.imdb.com/czone/times, award nominations are backlogged to November 16. I recommend waiting a few more days to see if your award entries show up.

Thank you very much. We will wait for it.

I have another question: Our film will be released on November 23 in LA. What do we need to do to make it appear on the Showtime section. I tried and put the zipcode of the cinema for MGN Five Star Cinema in Glendale (CA 91206) for the showtimes section but it says Sorry! We didn't find any showtimes. Try picking another date or location. Is this because the date has not arrived yet, or is there a magic trick to make it appear?
Thanks for your help.

You set your location to zip code 91206 Canada, which is obviously not going to work since Canada uses a different format for its postal codes. You need to specify 91206 US to get Glendale.

There are 71 films listed for Nov 23 when I check that zip,  but Lost Birds isn't one of them. I am not sure how the link is made between the IMDb Title page and the data from the theaters but I believe that IMDb will only show films in its database, so that link needs to be made.

I noticed that Lost Birds (2015)  has a Production Status of Completed. I strongly recommend that you add a Status of Released as I think it is possible that the status may be required before the link can be made. (I am not sure it is necessary, but it can't hurt.)

FWIW, I've found some titles (very soon to be released) that have "Completed" status and are listed in Showtimes.  (Indeed that must be allowed, for the obvious reason that the Showtimes listings need to be able to include titles that are not quite yet released but soon to be.)

In some earlier discussions, it has been mentioned that IMDb receives
showtime data from West World Media.

So, I suppose one option would be to contact West World Media.  Perhaps they can check to see if they have received (and provided to IMDb) showtime data for the title in question.

West World Media contact information can be found at:
   http://www.westworldmedia.com/contactus.asp.
Some discussions have also mentioned a specific West World
email address for IMDb-related issues:  imdb@westworldmedia.com

You may also want to contact the theater staff.  Perhaps they can check to make sure that the title in question was included in their list of showtimes most recently provided to West World Media.

Perhaps IMDb staff can also investigate to make certain that there have been no recent errors or omissions in IMDb processing of showtimes data received from West World Media.

We have no showtimes as there is no data in our showtimes feed from our showtimes provider for this title either under "Lost Birds" or "Yitik Kuslar"

The best thing to do is contact the cinema and then West World Media.  If they can confirm the showtimes have been added, we can ensure they are linked to the correct IMDb title page, thanks.
