There are currently 73 titles with talking-to-self-in-mirror as a keyword, but when I submitted this keyword on a movie, I got:
The following fixes have been applied automatically.
  • 'talking-to-self-in-mirror' has been replaced with 'talking-to-one's-self-in-a-mirror' in accordance with IMDb rules.
with a warning saying "'talking-to-one's-self-in-a-mirror' is not one of the 216,385 existing keywords we have in this section.":

What's the point in automatically replacing an existing keyword by one that doesn't exist???
BTW, it should probably be replaced by "talking-to-oneself-in-a-mirror" (109 titles), and "talking-to-self-in-mirror" should be merged with this keyword.

Agreed.

The keyword with 'one's-self' was changed to 'oneself' a few months ago:

Hi vinc17 -

I have filed a ticket with your keyword feedback for our editors to review, they will take a look as soon as they can.  Once I get an update on any changes that will be made, I will let you know here.

Hi All,

We've fixed the automatic replacing to now change
from: "'talking-to-one's-self-in-a-mirror'
to: "talking-to-oneself-in-a-mirror"

We've also merged the 70+ instances of "talking-to-self-in-mirror" into "talking-to-oneself-in-a-mirror"

Do shout if you experience any further problems.

Thanks,
Marv
