Bad quality posters !

Hi, since now to upload posters is free ,i uploaded some for bad posters titles but in vain , same bad posters still today , i thought good quality posters will replace bad quality posters since IMDB allowed IMDB users to upload posters. Here is one example of poster i uploaded:

With Poster Services, after paying for an image, I used to be able to designate the primary image.  Is this option still available?
No. While all title images are now free, we do not support explicit primary image designation. In general (excluding staff and studio designated primary images), the first poster added to the title will become the primary.  We are currently investigating additional ways to ensure the most representative image for the title is the primary image.

OK, but try to implement something ... becouse are so many good posters uploaded by us users that wont replace bad quality posters, if you implemented the poster upload why not make use of it and improve IMDB experience .
