Band of Brothers is the best, so why isn't it on the list?

It's not really a major problem per say but on the best rated TV shows Planet Earth is at the top with 9.5 yes? Well actually, Band of Brothers has over 100,000 votes and has received 9.6, so why isn't it on there? It just bugs me that they've neglected to add it.

IMDb classifies "Band of Brothers" (2001) as a mini-series, not a television series. "Band of Brothers" is at the top of the mini-series list.
