- Maya Bijou Public Bang, aired in September of 2018 titled and produced by Bang Bros of Miami, Florida did not get clearance, sign offs, or any sort of film permit to shoot in and around Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Ivan Itzkowitz, producer, director, location scout and subcontractor for Bang Bros was the person responsible for this content to be shot illegally. Local law enforcement and the Broward Alliance which is the film commission office of Broward County were informed.
In conjunction to this film he shot several other "public bang" porn films with other known porn actors using other locations illegally. One being the Seminole Indian Reservation Lands, Hard Rock Casino parking lot, Florida Dept. of Transportation Highways like the Florida Turnpike, overpasses, hard hat construction sites, State Beaches run by Fish and Wildlife, A1A (Ocean Blvd) with tourists walking by, private property without consent and knowledge, an artist studio using copyright art displayed on the film with no trespassing signs above, in front of a local church, a business building across the street using a golf cart without permission, a privately owned Mom and Pop glass company business without their consent shot on a Sunday when the business was close and in view of cars going in each direction on the Florida Turnpike causing a dangerous traffic accident, an open car junkyard, another construction site adjacent to and on the Florida Turnpike, city streets and sidewalks and last but not least an active railroad tracks with scheduled train schedules to be delayed and owned by East Coast Railroad System and shared with a new fast train system, Brightline. All scenes were in plain view with anyone in a car or on foot could witness.
These filming locations list for this film, Maya Bijou Public Bang should be removed with the business names and addresses as each business was canvassed for verification of the filming in which none gave permission and they were working with law enforcement to report if anyone attempting to shoot there again. The Mayor of Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale PD, Broward Sheriff's Office, Hollywood PD, Dania Beach Sheriff's Office, Davie PD, Seminole Indian PD and Broward State Attorney were both informed on this illegal activity taking place in their community.
Not only was the content uploaded, sold and distributed it was also on all pornstars and Ivan Itzkowitz Twitter account for viewing and advertising. Many images showed a selfie of Ivan Itzkowitz in front of the scenes being shot.
A storage center, a well known paint store, highway signs, and many other signs were also in display during filming and used in the content sold. - Summary: Locations from this film were not cleared for usage of all public commercial properties.

Could you please, specify what the problem is?
If you suggesting that filming locations should be removed from those listed on IMDb, since they are factual it won't be possible. Many small independent productions (both adult and legit) get away with shooting the footage with little to no permits. Information seems most suitable for IMDb as a trivia item.

Internet Movie DataBase (IMDb) is just that: it's a database. Sometimes, if such an information is available, it lists filming locations for certain productions. It might also list trivia items on how locations were filmed without permits, which is an often case for low budget productions. As an aside: such cases are very rarely actually prosecuted or even brought up by location owners, because court costs will outweigh the compensation for the problem massively.
IMDb is not in any possible way affiliated with Bang Bros or most other production companies (apart from certain Amazon affiliates and IMDb's own production company). If you want to remove private information listed on IMDb erroneously or reckelssely, then you're adressing the issue the wrong way: this post is marked as "Solved", so apart from me and several other activists (and that's what we mostly are: just dedicated users of IMDb), it's unlikely to be approached by IMDb Staff. You'll need to rephrase the problem and formulate it in a more understandable way in a new thread. Because so far this thread never states clearly on what IMDb has to do with this issue and how it can help.
If you want certain productions removed from assorted websites in order for locations not to be seen in them, that problem cannot be solved here, on IMDb and GetSatisfaction IMDb help forum. Simply because it's not in anyone's power here. Because no one here is affiliated with Bang Bros in any way. You would need to acquire their coordinates and indeed file a lawsuit, your lawyer to their. Even in case of victory (if I understand correctly) problem might not be solved, because Bang Bros videos are all over the Internet, on many websites which license and pirate their content, an industry standard for their kind as of today.

I don’t care who you are or your association with IMDb. For the record this is NOT solved as a button I hit accidentally for the record.
I would like management from IMDb contact me directly and not you as you I believe don’t even live this in this country so therefore you DO NOT knows the laws in the State of Florida. I do locations for the film industry as my business so I think I am more an expert on this subject.

Please make sure that you'll show full contents of this thread to police rather than suggesting that someone with my name is involved in an unlawful shooting of pronography in the country I never was in my entire life so far and now risk never even visiting because I was trying to help you with this situation. Trying to explain. That, I suppose, would be just another blow in the life of an essentially unhappy human being (me) with a nearly crippling depression who just tries to help people here, because it's one of the things I can do that brings something to someone.
You might be an expert in Florida locations and a great industry professional. You likely is a talented, respected individual and a very supportive member of a community. But you've also just threatened to accuse me of a crime I never did in my entire life for sincerely trying to help you. And... That just happens to be such a miserable experience, for some reason, that I'm not even sure right now that I ever did a right thing in my life helping other people out whenever I could. Thanks for additionally crippling my trust in humanity. As if I had much.

To look at another example, think of Twilight Zone: The Movie (1983). You have probably heard of the helicopter accident in which three actors were killed on the set. Director John Landis and four crew members were prosecuted for manslaughter (although they were acquitted at trial). But I doubt anybody would think that means that IMDb should remove the film from the database due to illegal activity during the filming.
Similarly, I can understand your referring Bang Bros. to the local police, sheriffs, and prosecutors, and they may find some charge to bring against Bang Bros., but they would never find a valid charge to bring against IMDb merely for reporting the fact that the porno film was made at certain locations.
I hope this helps.

IMDb is liable for listing businesses for an illegal porn film without their permission especially after the fact it was posted as such and they did nothing but have you and others attack me and belittle me on a message board.
I will have the authorities check into this matter. This matter is NOT solved or closed.
