I am a movie collector and I carefully tracked my movie collection in a excel database with title, tt* IMDB code, rating (x/10) and some other information.
I'd like to refresh the current IMDB rating for all the movies in the list (5k+) but doing it by hand is a pain in the a$$.
I am a total noob with APIs. Is there a way, given a tt* code list, to retrieve rates (x/10) ? Perhaps correct movie names too in my language (italian)?

If you create a custom list on IMDb, and add each title by copy/pasting the tt* code into the Add box,
you can then Export the result in a .csv file. The export will have the following information:
Position
Const [tt*]
Created [date]
Modified [date]
Description
Title
URL
Title Type
IMDb Rating
Runtime (mins)
Year
Genres
Num Votes
Release Date
Directors
Your Rating
Date Rated
Lists FAQ
