Being charged but can not access account. Want to speak with a live person . HELP

I have been charged for the past two months for a subscription via Amazon. Amazon says I do have an IMDbPro account through them, IMDbPro says says I don’t have an active account but my bank statement says I have been debited for July and August. HELP
