In order to emphasize the appropriate sentiment as reflected by the genuine userbase on the film, the reviews and rating must be honest in the individual and overall assessment.

"The Interview," though officially withdrawn, has earned a perfect ten star rating overall, out of nearly 10,000 users, and has most reviews that proclaim the praise for the movie with ten star rating out of protest, having not seen the actual movie.

IMDb staff may need to manage The Interview IMDb page to disable rating and review in the meantime until it is scheduled for official release in the future, such as Video On Demand in lieu of release.

To allow The Interview to achieve #1 rank on IMDb's Top 250 as the best-rated movie of all time is undermining the standard honesty of the web site, that do not actually reflect the quality of the particular movie, due to the abuse of the rating system to skew the system by the misguided protestors.
