I was trying to read the message boards for Battle Royale today. Every other part on the site was working fine - trivia, goofs, FAQ, etc.
However, on the message boards, 95% of the time the page would either 404 or it would just say "Please wait for message board to load" (and have nothing happen).
This is extremely frustrating. It was not only happening on the post pages, but just the main listing of topics. I was probably able to read only one topic in about 40 minutes of constantly refreshing. Needless to say, I gave up.

I suspect the root cause it that there is a lot of activity on the "Breaking Bad" message board. When I just checked, that board has over 196,287 posts.

Let's be grateful that the message boards are segregated from the main part of IMDb. Otherwise, IMDb itself would crash.

Hi Bratters, Some of us have expressed concern that an IMDb user has to use another log-in to get to IMDb's Get Satisfaction site. emperor (mighty_emperor on IMDb) posted a suggestion about this a few month ago.
