I'm having the same problem.  I contacted them three times through customer service mail with questions about my IMDb page .  No response thus far.  i contacted them about a charge on my credit card.  The number provided with the card gave another email address to contact via the web site.  i went to that web address and it's an inactive page.  This is one crappy customer service provider.  Can anyone help?
