Biography declined because it was "Unable to Verify"

I was trying to write a decent biography, but it was declined because IMDB were "Unable to Verify" and told me to contact IMDB staff with evidence. And since I can't find a way to email or message anyone, I'm posting here because this is the only place I can find where I can post this. I feel like having to more private way to get help would be preferable than always needing to post on a public forum, but I digress.
