Kimber: In the green box as shown, above the word "Explanation", it says: "Please note that a URL is mandatory on submission or alteration of birth dates."

If you want to add the birth date for Matthew Daddario, you will have to find some online evidence to support it and provide the URL for that evidence in the Explanation that you submit.

In addition to gromit82's response, if you have either a birth certificate or a passport document, you could save a copy on a photo/file hosting site and include a private URL in the explanation box so only you and the IMDb representative can view the image.

When providing a URL for your birthdate update, please note that we are looking for links to public records, printed publications, or official documents.  We also allow social media links to be an acceptable source for birthdates (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
