I searched "Dr." and there a few Dr.'s...so yes, if it's their professional name and how they are being credited on screen.

Actually, no. The few examples mentioned above probably slipped through the cracks, or are weird situations like the one quoted by BluesmanSF (where we don't actually seem to have a first name) but generally speaking prefixes are allowed only in attributes but not in the primary name (i.e. the name at the top of the page).
