Born Today Poll Suggestion

Usually when I look at the IMDB home page I look to see how many celebrities I know at first glance. Sometimes, I recognize all 5, sometimes I only recognize 3. I have been doing this for a while, and thought it would make a great daily poll.
I started one, but am unsure of how to create my own categories, for example 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0.

It's a bit difficult given the limitations of the list and poll features. You would have to add some items as options and put the numbers in the descriptions fields.

Great suggestion Peter.
I tried it out, and used names with descending numbers in them.
Then put numbers in the description field.
This is the result, however, it still needs some refining:

Any other ideas to buff this out a bit?
