On the page of Breaking Bad, the TV show, it says its not yet been released.
A couple of days ago, the rating was above 9. The show has been running since 2008.

This is a known problem with the simple view of a parent title page for a television series. The combined view for Breaking Bad is correctly reporting the ratings.
