Bug in Editing Long List Notes

There's an awful bug in editing sufficiently long list notes, that was created when the list interface was changed. I have no problem getting into edit mode by clicking on the note, and I can scroll to the point where I want to edit the text and click to put the cursor there. However, hitting any key thereafter --  even Ctrl or Shift! -- scrolls the text to put the top of the note at the top of the screen. If your note fills more than a full screen of text, the text you want to edit thus disappears.

You can edit blind by determining in advance how many characters you want to delete, and by pasting in text you've written offline. (In each case, you have to scroll back down to see if you got it right.) I've just discovered that Ctrl-C does copy selected text to the clipboard, even though the screen scrolls between hitting Ctrl and C, and so I can try to edit paragraphs offline and then paste the revisions back in. But it's a ridiculous amount of extra work.

The list of mine with the huge note, at the end,is https://www.imdb.com/list/ls076641370.

I bet this is a single line of unnecessary code that has the effect of positioning the edit text at the top of the screen, for no real good reason. It should be a trivial fix.
