Bug? Steve Irwin credit not showing up in two way searches!

I noticed that if an IMDb user looks up "actor" "Irwin, Steve II" (RIP, 2006), the area of his credits (archive footage) doesn't include the recent/2018 Animal Planet TV show "Crikey! It's the Irwins." I went to manually add him for the subsection, "Self: TV," but that might not be the way to go.
Question: Steve IS credited for eg for Episode 1 "Steve's Legacy Continues" if viewer looks at the Crikey tv show page itself, eg Episode1..  However, from Steve's result page, under his Filmography, this episode isn't shown as a credit, it seems. Am I missing something?? Thanks. Ps! He was also featured in an 84min AnimalPlanet mini documentary Oct 28 2018 called The Steve Irwin Story that doesn't seem to even have a page on IMDb, should I create one?

Peter,

Re: The Steve Irwin Story
You are welcome to add the title to the IMDb. As of this posting, no one has submitted the title to the database.

Re: Steve Irwin's credits for "Crikey! It's the Irwins" (2018)

If I'm not mistaken, any TV show credits listed with an archive footage attribute is usually not listed on the title's main page's cast list.

In addition, there appears to be a display issue with the attribute on the Steve Irwin credit for the episode page you mentioned in Reference View.

(archiveFootage)

On the non-reference view, the attribute is displayed correctly.

(archive footage)

On this matter, an IMDb representative will need to review both pages to see if there is a bug.

FYI: Steve Irwin is listed on at least 3 episodes under Archive Footage.

I hope this helps. Please write back if you have any more questions.

Hi Peter,

Apologies but has this changed since? I'm looking at the episode now https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9220136/?ref_=ttep_ep1 and Steve's credit is listed with the (archive footage) attribute. Also on his name page https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0410455/?ref_=tt_cl_t7#archive_footage these credits are listed in the archive footage bucket. If a name page has a self credit with an (archive footage) attribute then the credit will be placed in the archive footage section.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Will

Thank you thank you GMJ and Will. Nailed the issue on the head! 1. GMJ yes, I too on my phone am seeing the Steve Irwin, Himself, (archiveFootage) seeming weird typo and capitalization. I clicked Edit and it appears fine in the Attribute column/field as merely, "(archive footage)" .. so perhaps it's on its way to being corrected? 2. Will thanks for letting me know there's an actor subsection CALLED "Archive Footage." I had been thinking that after Steve's death the credits would continue in the "TV: Self" category. 3. Now all that is left to do is **create** a new page for the "The Steve Irwin Story" one-off Animal Planet tv show/mini documentary! Dread..
