It seems that this may have been a channel with blocks of children's broadcasting under the NBC banner, though aside from the wiki's may have been poorly documented online. Based on the information available, we will retain the company listing and credits unless we have further evidence to suggest that the company didn't exist.

It is SO fake! It's NOT real, and I don't WANT it to remain! There's NO PROOF of its existence, it was ALL in those little kids' minds OR those babies' minds! LOOK at what Nikolay just said here!
