Can you add the new certifications of Vietnam?

From January 1st, 2017, the Vietnamese Movie Rating System has been changed. There are 4 certifications to rate a movie in Vietnam:
P: Suitable for all
C13: Not suitable for viewers under 13 years old.
C16: Not suitable for viewers under 16 years old
C18: Not suitable for viewers under 18 years old
But when I contribute some movies, IMDb only has "(Banned)" certification in Vietnam.
