Can you put Jackie Chan's acting role back for Wish Dragon please?

Hey I just edited Wish Dragon's IMDb page cause Jackie Chan was not in the cast list cause he was announced to also join the voice cast of it and was wondering if you can help me fix it. Jackie Chan's acting credit needs to back on it's cast.

That news article is coming up on two years old. Things change. With the political issues in Hong Kong and Mainland China being very contentious, negotiations with the producers and acting talent may have changed (Mr. Chan), so his removal may be based on information that is not "Public" but is known secretly.
Your diligence is appreciated, but unless you have something more current from a reliable source, I'm afraid that IMDb will in all likelihood not add Mr. Chan back to the cast list.

Please try and find something news wise in late 2019, early 2020 that reconfirms his participation.\
