Canceled yearly subscription the day it was supposed to renew and I still got charged, want refund

  I canceled my yearly subscription the morning it was supposed to renew, and was super disappointed to find out that even though my subscription is canceled imdb pro mentioned nothing of a refund.  I no longer need access to this site, and want to get a refund.  If I have to pay for the month of february that is fine, so be it, but to be charged for the full year (even though I have no intention of using the site, period), and having no way to talk to IMDB directly on the phone seems to add insult to injury in this case.
