Cancelling account refund

Hi,

I sent an email earlier today to cancel my account and get a refund for the membership (I joined on a trial basis and thought I cancelled it, but clearly that did not happen-I have not used the account to post/watch anything, don't even have a profile picture, and only verified my email for this message).

I don't know how long IMdB takes to respond to emails dealing with this nature, but I'm looking for urgent help as the sudden charge puts me in a bad situation.

Please help!

I had a similar situation and they responded in 48 hours a gave me a refund. I would send a second request.
