Cannot add name at series level

I'm submitting to the episode page of the show, and I have Dropbox links of the Callsheet where I'm shown as a Principal, copies of paystub, and of an email from my Manager that confirms Co-Star billing. I keep getting denied. Also- there were other actors with a similar co-star role than me (we were a group) and they've already been credited.
