There is one movie Marighella https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7825208 which does not allow me to add a user review. There is no "review this title" link anywhere on the page. Problem is the same under Windows as well as on my iPhone, so I assume that there is something wroing with the movie database ietself.
I'm a reasonably experienced writer of user reviews on IMDB (over 400 already posted), so I'm not really thinking this is a typical "user error".

See this is the good way. Data after a question is asked and responded to. Adding extra data is good. As a first answer it's not so good. Good job, ACT_1. Now if you would just add Context to each data grouping it would be oh so excellent.

But it is the very first time that I see this phenomen so extensive. I saw it a few times before on a small scale, say a handfull, but 20,000 is way above my imagination.
