Can't add "credited as" because IMDB thinks a title hasn't been released - but it has!

The TV series The Durrells (2016) https://pro-labs.imdb.com/title/tt5014882/ has just started to be shown on UK TV. I've submitted Prod Status=Released for the series and for all the episodes (released or a firm date set in the near fuiture) (160404-131957-827000) and when I look on the Pro site the episodes do indeed have that status https://pro-labs.imdb.com/title/tt5066886/details?ref_=tt_dt_all.

However I still can't add "credited as" attributes for some of the cast in episode 1.1:  at form validation, I get error "An unreleased title should not have credits with 'as' attributes. The
(as ...) attribute records how the person was credited on screen if different than their primary IMDb name. An unreleased title indicates we cannot yet confirm how people will be credited on screen. It is therefore not possible to use 'as' attributes on unreleased titles. Please correct your submission.".

Is there something else which needs to be done to allow it?

I'm not sure why it's happening with this title. Normally, even for a title that has no prod status at all, credited-as cast can be submitted. Is it perhaps because someone previously submitted a Prod Status of Post Production when that was relevant last year - if the later status of Released hasn't been set properly, is it actually worse to have Post Production status than no status at all?

I think all titles have a production status of some sort. Can you refer to a title without one?

My best guess is that the update form is lagging behind the site, though five days seems a bit much.

Yes, as Peter indicates, the update system must be behind here.  It should catch-up later today.

Sorry about this. We see the problem is still on-going so have opened a ticket since something else must be broken here.

Could you post an update to this thread when it's working again, to save me having to try each day to see if it's been fixed.

As a matter of interest, following up on Peter's comment, how long will it be before all systems, both display and update, are singing from the same hymnsheet - ie as soon as an update is visible on Pro or the fast-track update of normal IMDB, it is also available for update. It's frustrating to make an error in a submission, see that error published within an hour or so (very impressive!) but then have to wait for what seems like ages before I can submit a correction because the update pages are lagging behind by 24 hours or more.

Thanks for your patience. This has been fixed now and you can add a "credited as" attribute to your filmography credit. Please let us know if you need any further help.

I've encountered the same problem with
"The Durrells" (2016) {(#1.6)} - a later episode of the same series: I want to add an "(as Max Befort)" attribute to Maximilian Befort's credit. The episode was broadcast on 8 May and is showing as being "released" as of that date - https://pro-labs.imdb.com/title/tt5066898/details?ref_=tt_dt_all

Looks as if the problem still exists and may affect future episodes if a second season is made.
