Cant change credit order for one cast member

When I submitted the cast for "The Yorkshire Ripper" (2019) {Manhunt (#1.2)} I accidentally put some of the cast in the wrong order. I've tried several times to correct this, but the correction for one particular cast member keeps being ignored: I've resubmitted the correction several times. I see that the imdb.com/czone/times date for Filmography: Cast is 11 April, later than 9 April when I last submitted the correction, so it should have been published by now. Can a staff member please investigate - firstly to correct this entry and secondly to see why it has been ignored several times previously.

The most recent correction is 190409-094253-778000. Ignore the corrections for Browne, Tracy (II) and Lowry, Julie - those were processed in the normal timescale of a hour or so; it's the correction (credit order and "archive footage" attribute) for Leach, Beryl that keeps being ignored.

Yes rejected, sorry.  In this kind of case it's worth taking a look at the new experimental tracking system at https://contribute.imdb.com/contributions/history

You can see what happened at https://contribute.imdb.com/contribution/190409-094253-778000

Someone from the data management team should be able to investigate what happened and fix.

Difficult to verify for a programme where contributors are credited the first time they appear, rather than in a list at the end where you can attach a screenshot to show the context (ie the ones before and after it). It would need someone to do what I did: watch the whole programme and note the order in which people first appeared and were captioned, and to distinguish (by picture quality and programme context) whether they are speaking now or in an archive news report.

I'm glad that IMDB now has a means of individual submissions being accepted/rejected. I must have missed seeing the announcement of it. Looks like an excellent new feature. As a mater of interest, what are the criteria for determining which submissions can currently be monitored this way?

    Hi Martin,

Apologies, I've pushed that through for you now. The criteria is based on what we can currently use the feature to report on in our internal systems, though we are looking to resolve this for the outstanding types.

    Currently these are:

    Tracking your Contribution

We have recently updated which data types include the feature to track your contribution.  You can now track all contributions excluding the following:

    Awards

    Business: Opening Weekend

    Company

    Complete Cast

    Complete Crew

    Connections

    Name Corrections

    TGQ: Quotes

    Title Corrections

    Title merges

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Will
