Can't change password

Forgot my password but every time I try to reset it sayd there's a problem and won't let me do anything.  So i just can't get into my account.  HELP!!

Your problem is a little hard to figure out. Can be many things. Try to change the browser, or pres ctrl + shift + F5, clean cookies, or can be a problem on the servers. Post here if you solve it.

Hi Erica,
It looks like you deleted the IMDb account under this email address in October of 2017. Unfortunately, once an IMDb account is deleted we are not able to recover it. You will need to create a new IMDb account under this email if you wish to log in.

I'm having the same trouble. Tried to set up new IMDb account got message that account with that email already existed. Tried logging in with saved password, but message said password incorrect. Went to forgot my password and clicked on link emailed to me. Entered a new password and yet a screen comes up with 403 error message, The request could not be satisfied, and Bad Request.
