so if i goto my account details and put my postcode and address it comes up with an 403 error

We are having problems reproducing this, sorry. It could be a local issue with cookies. Please could you try logging out of IMDb via https://www.imdb.com/registration/logout and then log back in again and try again?
Just tried with safari.
logged out.
logged back in
went to personal details.
amended
then hit submit.
I see error 403 access denied as above still

We are sorry about this, but we are unable to reproduce nor see anything which might be causing it.
Nobody else is reporting it either so it is most likely something local to your set-up. If other people report it and we can figure out a way of reproducing it, we will be able to investigate further in future.
The only option seems to be to use another browser if you ever need to change the details again, sorry.
