Can't correct a credit on an episode of Trollhunters

I've tried three times to get a credit fixed on the Trollhunters's episode Claire and Present Danger. Regular cast member, Cole Sand, is listed on IMDb. His character, Eli Pepperjack, does appear in this episode though he has no lines but does utter a couple of grunts when he gets bulled over by the amulet. He is not listed in the end credits but I have no reason to believe that Cole Sand voices said grunts. I've tried to move him to "uncredited" since he is not credited but appears in the episode but it continually gets denied.

The last attempt was: 200330-185325-929000

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for your post.

The reason your contribution is being rejected is a result of our policy on uncredited voice attributes as seen here:

"[Voice...] They must have received an on-screen credit (i.e. no uncredited performances)

If this person wasn't credited, but they're currently listed on the page - this should be removed instead of updated to list '(uncredited)'.

I hope this helps!

The guide also says:

We make rare exceptions to rule #1 for 'voice cameos' by high-profile actors (i.e. Quentin Tarantino's uncredited "answering machine" voice in Jackie Brown (1997)).

I've been able to add regular cast members with uncredited voice work before. Note: the credit I'm trying to correct already exists. The fact it won't let me move it to uncredited seems bizarre. If known voices appear but aren't credited, we should be able to add them as otherwise this leaves IMDb less than complete for credits.

It's my suggestion that IMDb extends that "rare exception" to include regular cast members who have voice appearances that aren't credited for a particular episode. I've been able to do this for live action episodes.

One more point. I am not sure why for animated features why "uncredited" is any different than live action features. No one would question adding a regular cast member as "uncredited" to a live action feature. Why should that be any different for animated features just because only a voice is attached to an animated character?

I second that.
